Shipping information
We ship your orders from Denmark to Germany and Austria, and smaller items by GLS parcel to other EU countries. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of the item and is stated on the respective product page.
GLS parcel delivery for smaller items
- Fast processing: Dispatch on the same working day for orders placed before 10:00 am (Monday to Friday).
- Shipment tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your personal tracking link.
- Information and flexibility: GLS will notify you of the delivery date by email or text message. You can set up a safe-place permission or delivery to a GLS ParcelShop online.
Delivery time: usually 2 to 4 working days (Germany), 3 to 5 working days (Austria), 4 to 7 working days (all other delivery countries), delivery Monday to Friday
Assembly and disassembly not included.

Shipping costs are charged once per order and depend on the value of the goods in your order.

In countries with their own currency (e.g. Sweden, Czech Republic), the amounts are shown in the local currency at checkout. You can see the currently available delivery countries at checkout. No delivery to the French overseas territories, the Åland Islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores and Madeira, or Ceuta and Melilla.
Two-person delivery for furniture and bulky items
We deliver larger and bulky furniture with a two-person delivery service by DHL or a regional delivery partner to the room of your choice.
- Personal delivery: Two delivery staff bring your furniture directly to the desired place in your home.
- Delivery appointment: The delivery partner will contact you in advance by phone or email to arrange a delivery date.
- Shipment tracking: As soon as your shipment has been handed over, you will receive a tracking link.
- Safe transport: The goods are carefully packed and handled with care in transit.
Price: free
Delivery time: usually 10 to 20 working days; final delivery depends on the agreed appointment. Delivery Monday to Friday
Delivery countries: Germany and Austria
Assembly and disassembly not included, but can be booked as an additional service.
Your furniture's journey to your home
Express kerbside delivery by freight carrier (DB Schenker)
Price: €145.00
Delivery time: usually 2 to 7 working days
- Delivery is made to the kerbside of your delivery address only. Transport into your home or the building is not included.
- Depending on the delivery partner, the goods are delivered on a pallet or individually.
- Please make sure that the delivery address is accessible for a truck and that you are present at the time of delivery.

* For safety reasons, no holes are drilled in walls or ceilings. Wall mounting of mirrors, pictures or headboards and the electrical installation of lamps or wall lights are not included.
Saturday and evening delivery are only available in Germany, all other services in Germany and Austria. Select the additional services you want on the product page or in the cart before you proceed to checkout. These services apply exclusively to two-person deliveries.
Later shipping on request
If you would like your order to be shipped at a later date (e.g. on a preferred date), please state this in the notes field during checkout or contact us. The order must be paid in full in advance. Unpaid orders are not reserved.
Returns
